Shipping policy

Ahlamart delivers groceries to customers near our shop in Najma, Doha.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within 2 km of our shop. Delivery inside this area is free, with no minimum order.

We do not deliver outside this area yet, and we do not ship outside Qatar. If your address is outside our delivery area, the checkout will let you know.

Delivery time

We contact you to confirm the delivery time after your order is placed. Orders placed during shop opening hours are normally delivered the same day.

Fresh, chilled and frozen items

Please refrigerate or freeze these items as soon as they arrive. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order.

If nobody is available

Our driver will call the number on your order. If we cannot reach you, the order returns to the shop and we will contact you to arrange a new time. Fresh, chilled and frozen items cannot be re-delivered, for food safety reasons.
